Day 1: All TM courses start with a one-on-one, in-person instruction with your teacher to begin learning the TM technique

Days 2 - 4: Develop and refine your understanding of your TM practice (~1.5 hours per session). In-person courses meet in a group together with your teacher. Hybrid courses combine self-guided learning through an app and remote meetings with your teacher.

Traditionally, the TM technique is taught by a teacher of the same gender as the student. You may select any time slot and teacher you want.

We’re a non-profit dedicated to sharing the benefits of TM widely. Pricing is on a sliding scale based on income to keep TM accessible to all. Scholarships are available for those with financial need.

Course fees reflect the value of personalized instruction, decades of research, and your investment in lifelong well-being.

The TM technique is taught by a non-profit organization committed to making TM’s benefits available to as many people as possible. To honor this mission, the TM course fee is income-based and can be paid in installments. 

In addition, scholarships and partial grants may be available for those in need of financial assistance, frontline workers, and veterans, as our donation funds allow. 

If you cancel your scheduled TM course, you'll receive a full refund. You may reschedule your course at any time.
