On a hybrid TM course, the first session is in person, one-on-one with your certified TM teacher, while the following sessions are completed remotely. The remote sessions include a combination of interactive learning on our custom app and virtual meetings with your TM teacher.

The fully in-person TM course takes place on four consecutive days. The first session is done in person, one-on-one with your local certified TM teacher. The following three sessions also take place in person with your TM teacher, in small groups.

In addition, with generous donations, we make scholarships available to first responders, veterans, and those in need of financial assistance.

Your course is fully refundable and can be rescheduled at any time. Your card will only be charged two days before the start of your course.

Three follow-up sessions are completed in person in small groups.
