On a hybrid TM course, the first session is in person, one-on-one with your certified TM teacher, while the following sessions are completed remotely. The remote sessions include a combination of interactive learning on our custom app and virtual meetings with your TM teacher.

The fully in-person TM course takes place on four consecutive days. The first session is done in person, one-on-one with your local certified TM teacher. The following three sessions also take place in person with your TM teacher, in small groups.

Further learning can be completed in one of two ways for your convenience. You'll get the same knowledge from both options.

Follow-up sessions are completed at home, via a combination of interactive learning on our custom app and remote meetings with your TM teacher.

Three follow-up sessions are completed in person in small groups.
