Charles has an MSc in Health Promotion and, after working as a database analyst, has enjoyed teaching TM full-time for 35 years, to well over 2,000 people, largely in and around London. He has taught referrals from a psychiatric hospital, used the technique to help post-traumatic stress victims as part of an international team, conducted research at St George's Hospital in London on the effects of TM on cardiovascular disease, and taught TM to GPs under the Post-Graduate Continuing Education programme. He loves nothing more than sharing what he considers to be the greatest gift.
