Liz learned Transcendental Meditation in 1967 and gained so much from the technique that in January 1970 she went to Rishikesh, India to train under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to become a teacher. She has been a certified teacher of TM for over 50 years in Watford, Harrow, and Hampshire and runs the Hampshire TM Centre. She says it is a privilege to teach Transcendental Meditation and a great joy to see the changes that take place in students after they learn.
