Pavel has been living in London for the last fifteen years. He learned TM in his native Russia in 1994 and has been teaching it since 1996.

He has taught people from various backgrounds including sports professionals, the police force and creative industries. He spent several years working in the Transcendental Meditation organisation, translating educational materials and helping to run international courses.
