Originally from London, Sarah has made Glasgow her adoptive home and loves teaching TM in the city, as well as running group meditations, day retreats and various other events for the buzzing TM community in Glasgow.

When she’s not teaching TM, she loves getting out of the city for walks and exploring the Highlands. She’s also a freelance fundraising consultant, and works for the David Lynch Foundation UK – a charity which offers TM to groups who have experienced traumatic stress. She is looking forward to meeting you at the TM Centre soon.
